This is meant to be a place for friends and family to stay in touch with our darling granddaughter, Brynlee, and her journey through treatment and victory over Burkitts lymphoma. It is written from a grandmother’s perspective and will not have every little detail that her parents will have access to but not the time to develop a blog or a journal. Perhaps, sometime in the future, Brynlee’s parents will add, edit or complete this attempt to journal Brynlee’s journey.

Hey, my name is Lauren, and my friend Courtney and I sponsored Brynlee’s wish to go to Disney World. I have been praying and checking up on her ever since. We are both in nursing school now and hope to work in pediatric oncology to help little ones just like her. How is precious Brynlee doing? She has grown so much!
Lauren, it’s so good to hear from you and I think it’s awesome that you both are going into oncology, it takes special people to take that on. Brynlee is doing great! I have been bad about up-dating her blog, but she really is our little miracle and we’re so glad she remains in remission. She will be turning 6 here shortly, March 24th is her bday. I am working on up-dating her blog with pictures and what she has been up to. So watch for it to be coming soon. We also have a lot of photos on FaceBook and would love to be friends with you both. My husband and I share a page so look for us there if you’ed like. It’s Jeff N Jen Card. Thank you so much for all you have done for our family, I’m so glad to hear from you and hope to continue to keep in touch. Thanks again, Jen (Brynlee’s mom)
Hello My name is Jeff Dumont from NH. I am so sorry to hear of your grand daughter. Our grand daughter Brynlee is very sick with ATRT (a very rare cancer) and I was doing a google search for for our Brynlees site when this site came up. Our Brynlee is 20 months and we have her site on facebook at Hope for baby Brynlee . I am very said to read this and will keep your Brynlee and your family in our prayers.
Brynlees Grandfather.
Jeff, It is so, so hard to watch our little ones suffer so. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family. Have faith and hold on. Our Brynlee is now 5 years old and “cancer free”. She started school with long blond hair and a gorgeous smile and a very mature outlook on life. I testify that we do have a Father in heaven and our Elder Brother, Jesus Christ, knows us and our trials and will answer our prayers of faith in the very best way for us and for our families. Families are meant to be forever and eternal. No matter the outcome, we can be strong and go on knowing this life is not the end. Hugs for you and your Brynlee!
